Vertigo-rs (RareSkills fork of the original Vertigo) is a mutation testing framework for Solidity that works with Foundry projects; the README notes Hardhat or Truffle configs can confuse it. Run vertigo.py in a Foundry repo to generate mutated versions of your smart contracts and check whether your existing tests detect the changes. If a mutant survives, it reveals a gap in your test coverage. The repository was last pushed in September 2024 and has no releases.
